Consummate Design
We started with one concept: “Simple does not mean unsophisticated.” In order to obtain sales team adoption of this tool, simple was better. We created an entire campaign application managed by two main screens with familiar interfaces similar to web-based eMail. The system was so simple to use that no additional training other than a “cheat sheet” was needed for roll out.
