How do you handle the logistics for thousands of global employees attending multiple conferences annually without hundreds of eMails, phone calls and multiplying spreadsheets? This was Bayer’s challenge to our team: Simplify the coordination and communication process for all large conferences and meetings. We created a user-friendly application incorporating content management with a series of modules to manage conference logistics such as hotel and event registration.

The web-based Content Management System (CMS) allowed a conference organizer to quickly publish and distribute all relevant conference information to attendees. A series of customized modules handled all registration and hotel information for organizers, allowing them to manage attendees, room assignments, cost centers and other pertinent conference tasks. The result was improved coordination and communication for all conferences and significant reduction in time and resources.
