A division of Aetna (Contact Behavioral Health) had two-fold aspirations. They needed to unveil their new branding along with the addition of site features to better serve customers and support their call center.

From a service aspect, the site encapsulated a series of features connecting their call center and provider database. Now, the customers and call center have access to daily updates of provider information. Online quizzes were also incorporated, allowing users to complete initial assessments depending on their specific condition and be directed to related key articles and resources.
